Dr. Dave Fleischmann, DDS
Dr. Dave received a BS in Biology from the University of Illinois in 1990 and then returned to his home state of Nebraska where he attended the University of Nebraska Medical Center. There, he received an MS in oral biology in 1993 and his DDS degree in 1996, graduating cum laude. Upon graduation, Dr. Fleischmann moved to Colorado and has been practicing in the Broomfield area for the past 25 years. During this time, he has continued to further his education and passion for dentistry by attending numerous lectures and hands-on seminars. Dr. Dave is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Colorado Dental Association (CDA), Denver Dental Study Club and OKU National Dental Honor Society.
In his spare time, Dave enjoys golfing, fly fishing, skiing and football. He and Brooke live in Thornton with their two wonderful children, Garrett (19) and Laurel (17).
Dr. Elizabeth (Minard) Barbera, DDS, FAGD
As a Wisconsin Native (Go PACK!), I did my undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and then attended Marquette University School of Dentistry, where I graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2014. In 2020, l received my fellowship (FAGD) in the Academy of General Dentistry--a 6-year endeavor--requiring over 500 hours of continuing education and passing a rigorous examination. Among only 6% of dentists in the United States with the distinction, an FAGD award is one of the highest awards a general dentist can achieve. It represents my commitment to continuous learning and staying on cutting edge of dentistry.
What I really want you to know about me is that I love dentistry and I love people. I am passionate about achieving optimal oral and overall health and am committed to helping you do the same. I consider it a privilege and honor to work with people to help educate and motivate them to achieve their goals.
In my personal life, I have an amazing husband, Greg. We love being active and spending time in the mountains with our son, Rory.
Dr. Julie (Nessler) Schiffel
Dr. Julie Schiffel is coming to us from Austin, Texas, where she has practiced since completing dental school at the University of Tennessee and a residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
Dr. Schiffel was drawn to dentistry initially through her love of service and building deep connections. After spending several summers working with a non-profit in rural South Africa, she came to realize that these qualities, combined with her interest in healthcare, pointed her directly to the dental field. Dr. Nessler continues to volunteer with those lacking accessibility to dental care, both in her own community and internationally.
Growth is very important to Dr. Schiffel, and she firmly believes in pursuing that in her career. She was accepted into a hospital-based residency upon graduating dental school which allowed her to expand her practices and dive deep into more complex treatment, including advanced surgeries, orthodontics, and working with an immunocompromised population. She takes great pride in her work and values pushing herself to continue learning in order to provide the absolute best care possible to her patients.
She enjoys live music, cheering on the Dallas Mavericks, playing the drums, and travel. She and her husband are looking forward to exploring Colorado and becoming a part of the community that they have grown to love. Dr. Nessler is excited and grateful for the opportunity to serve you and your families.
Dr. Sunny Yerrapragada

Dr. Sunny earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Louisville, laying the foundation for her future in dentistry. She continued her education at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry, where she obtained her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.
With a focus on patient-centered care, Dr. Sunny tailors treatment plans to meet your unique needs and goals. Her gentle and empathetic approach ensures a comfortable experience for patients of all ages.
